We’re a commercial, blind-owned and majority blind-run business, built on lived experience—bringing authentic solutions to real barriers. We don’t just understand the challenges faced by blind and partially sighted people—we live them. That insight shapes everything we do, from our accessible training programmes to how we support employers to become more inclusive.
We aim to reduce the staggering 75% unemployment rate among blind and partially sighted people by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive in today’s workforce. Through tailored training, personalised coaching, and strategic advocacy, we are creating pathways to lasting employment.
