For many, it also provides a platform to showcase their skills and talents, breaking down stereotypes and changing perceptions.

Seeing his tears of pride and joy made me realize how much my independence meant, not just to me, but to my family as well.” This sentiment encapsulates the profound impact that employment can have on both the individual and their loved ones.
