Blind Ambition – News in November

It’s the first week of December, and Christmas is fast approaching.

Over the past few weeks at Blind Ambition HQ, many exciting things have happened.  

Here are a few of our highlights:

 

SHAW TRUST DISABILITY POWER 100

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Shaw Trust for the privilege and honour of being a judge at this year’s Disability Power 100. The Disability Power 100 catalyses transformation, acknowledging the impactful contributions of disabled individuals in the UK. It applauds their aspirations and accomplishments, offering essential inspiration for future leaders. It has been a truly remarkable experience, and well done to everyone! Let’s continue to strive to bring positive changes for future generations.

 

PURPLE TUESDAY 

I am very proud to have been part of an incredible focus and movement, Purple Tuesday. 

The Purple Tuesday movement takes centre stage each year on the first Tuesday of November. It serves as a celebratory day, promoting accessibility and inclusivity.It was a pleasure to receive an ambassador award for such a worthy organisation and a joy to work alongside such a fantastic team.

I’ve been collaborating with a leading monthly women’s magazine on a very exciting feature for Blind Ambition scheduled for the New Year. Additionally, an exciting meeting is on the horizon very soon; stay tuned for more details.
